Interpretation Equipment

We have arranged simultaneous interpretation equipment for this conference. These instruments will help you in understanding the language of Japanese speakers. (*Simultaneous Interpretation Services: Simultaneous interpretation is used for the specific skill of verbally translating from one language to another in real time. This is produced by combining highly skilled conference interpreters with equipment, necessary for them to be able to deliver accurately and best in quality.)

On your arrival to the venue on 28 February 2015 at 8 am you will be given a delegate kit (classic delegate bag made up of Indian Jute, notepad, pen, program schedule and brochures). Interpretation equipment for all the delegates has been arranged. You are requested to bring the filled up application form to get the instrument from the cash counter. You need to return the equipment once the conference is over every day. You need to take care of the equipment by your own for the entire duration. If the equipment is lost or broken, you will be asked to deposit Rs 10,000.
